The EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), which took effect on 3 July 2016, stipulates that persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) at Synsam and persons closely associated with them must report any transactions involving Synsam shares that exceed EUR 5,000 in one calendar year to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
